1. User Registration

To participate in bidding channels, you must register a secure user account. You represent that the details provided during sign-up (including your legal name, contact email, and mobile) are accurate and match government identification cards. Multiple accounts owned by the same user to manipulate bidding prices are strictly forbidden and will trigger suspension.

2. Bidding Commitments

By submitting a bid, you commit to purchasing the property at that price if your offer is accepted by the owner. Although the platform does not transfer legal title automatically, bidding abuse (e.g. submitting high dummy offers with no intent to buy) will result in immediate profile suspension and reporting to credit bureaus where applicable.

3. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for verifying that all listing details, blueprints, and tax receipt uploads represent actual details and clear title status. Sellers represent that they have full authorization to sell the listed property.
