1. Information Collection

We collect essential credentials to establish user profiles: name, email address, phone numbers, and PAN cards for buyer KYC verification. To secure your sessions, we also record hashed versions of your client IP address inside the transaction logs, which cannot be converted back into raw IP addresses.

2. Anonymity in Bid History

To protect buyer privacy, we hide all personal details from the public bid log page. Bidders are displayed under random mathematical offsets (e.g. BID-1351), and sensitive registry or tax documents are restricted using custom access filters.

3. Data Security

All passwords are encrypted using state-of-the-art hashing algorithms. Uploaded documents are saved under protected folders, and access is governed strictly by the server's session verification gates, preventing direct browser harvesting.
